1.Acceptance of Terms

3.Account Registration and Management

To use the rr111 platform beyond browsing, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number that you own and have sole access to. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, and you are obligated to keep that information updated. rr111 permits only one account per person. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rr111 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• rr111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where the platform suspects fraudulent activity, account sharing, or breach of these Terms.
• Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to outstanding verification requirements and applicable terms.
• Bonus balances, free spins, and promotional credits do not form part of the withdrawable balance and are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all account information, including payment details, remains accurate and up to date. rr111 shall not be liable for any delays or failures in payment processing resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rr111 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. rr111 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. rr111 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. rr111 does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.
• rr111 does not charge transaction fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The platform reserves the right to introduce fees with reasonable notice.
• Where KYC or identity verification is required, withdrawal requests will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed. rr111 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by pending verification.

rr111 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where the account has not met applicable verification requirements. In such cases, the platform will communicate the reason to the account holder via the registered contact details.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

rr111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional terms published at the point of offer. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the relevant bonus terms at the time of offer.
• The 100% welcome bonus (up to ৳20,000) is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address applies.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and used only after real-money funds are exhausted, unless the relevant promotion specifies otherwise.
• rr111 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Bonuses issued in error or claimed fraudulently will be voided, and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used for their stated eligible games. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Check the eligible games list on each bonus offer before playing.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rr111 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal or fraudulent activity, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, games, or promotions in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions in a manner not intended by rr111.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or otherwise circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the platform or its support team.

rr111 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the platform reserves the right to void all bets placed and all winnings accrued during the period of prohibited conduct, regardless of whether the activity directly affected the outcome of any specific game or transaction.

7.Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the rr111 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by rr111, the game studio, or any third party. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent long-term theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a game round, rr111 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet stake to the player's account. rr111 is not liable for winnings that would have been derived from a round affected by a technical error. • Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. rr111 acts as a reseller of these services. Disputes arising from live casino game outcomes are subject to the relevant studio provider's dispute resolution process in the first instance.

8.Responsible Gaming

In all other cases, rr111's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Amendments to These Terms

rr111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
